இளையராஜா இப்போதெல்லாம் தனது பாடலை காப்பியடிக்கிறவர்களை கோர்ட்வரை சென்று துரத்தி அடிக்கிறார். அதனால், முறையாக அவரை அணுகி விஷயத்தை சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்கள்.

ஏமாற்றுகிறவர்களுக்குதான் அவர் சண்டமாருதம். சமாதானமாக வருகிறவர்களுக்கு அவர் மெலடி. இஞ்சி இடுப்பழகிதானே.... தாராளமாக பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று பெரிய மனது காட்டியிருக்கிறார்

Like to repeat my FB comment to Chandru.

vetalai vetalai is one of the unique folk composition of Raja. In this song he keeps the true heritage of a folk song. He avoids his usual temptation of using a bass guitar or flute or violins. The only area where it doesn't meet the true requirement of a folk song is the poet of this song is known.

Most of the other folk songs in TFM including Raja's have several instrumental excesses that are typical of film music

பாடல் காட்சி ஒன்றை படமாக்கத் திட்டமிட்டோம். இளையராஜா இசையில் ‘பிறவா பிரம்மா…’ என்று தொடங்கும் கீர்த்தனைப் பாடல். அதை ஜேசுதாஸ் அருமையாக பாடியிருந்தார். படத்தில் சிவாஜி குடும்பத்துடன் பாடுவதுபோல காட்சி. அந்த ஆடியோ டேப்பையும், பாடலையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு அண் ணன் சிவாஜியைப் பார்க்க வீட்டுக்குச் சென்றேன். ‘
