Minnal Pookum song has resemblance with "Kathilin deepam Ondru " song...Loosely composed with minimal orchestra....Margazhi Thingal had the vintage strings missing and felt Average .....This is the same composer who gave two terrific albums this year- "Modern Love-Chennai" and "Viduthalai"

It is funny to see Sivakumar's reactions when IR is speaking

BTW, there were some tweets commenting about IR telling "I worked more for Siva than any other hero" - questioning mere statistics (such as he did more movies for Rajini than any other / Kamal claimed IR did for 100 of his films etc.).

That is not his point - he is talking about the AMOUNT OF HARD WORK - and not the mere number of projects.

That is quite interesting - shows how much he liked Sivakumar.

Possibly because Sivakumar was hero for his first few movies (annakkiLi / bathrakALi / kavikkuyil).

Also possibly because of the hard work some of Sivakumar's movies demanded when IR was still in his "learning" years - such as sindhu bhairavi (compared to how a lot of his music came just instantly and without much effort later on, with lot more  ICM knowledge / training / experience etc.)
