Only after our man came into the scene did the importance for bass strike other MDs - that is my personal view. The Maestro's bassline scores are just like kurunila maanargal as per Violin Vicky and I concur a 100 percent!

Basslines are the soul of a composition and our man realized this very early in his career - right from Varaprasadham. If you revisit "Gangai nadhi oram" which was orchestrated by our man, the one thing that strikes you immediately is the bassline. Glad he went that route.

Unadulterated bliss to hear his basslines - especially those recreated by talented artists like Aalaap Raju.

Wow......enna oru thanithuvam - this is an attempt for the first time to my knowledge. Confluence of two native instruments playing pure unadulterated notes of the maestro.

Just brings out the richness of the composition. The maestro usually uses a flute to depict the feelings or charecterization of a female. He uses sax for males.

I think the interpreters and performers of this piece have brought in that idea and have brought in our own nativity to that thought process.

Maha is testing out streaming music. What you have posted is the test sessions he played out today. 

Yesterday he was testing out a few ARR numbers. He was. gathering feedback on the quality, and if songs get streamed one after another without (or minimal) gaps.

Very soon he will have a radio streaming out music as I understand from his chat session. Additional details are still awaited.
