How To Name It Album in Ilaiyaraaja's YT Channel - Track Names Wrong

I have observed that the How To Name It Album uploaded in Ilaiyaraaja's Official YT Channel has got most of the tracks mixed up (except the first and last). I have observed this in a few other online sites as well.
I discovered this marvellous album around 7 years back. At that time, I did not realize that the source from where I was listening to also had the tracks mixed up. It was only around 2 years back when I got hold of the LP cover did I realize that the track listings are completely different

Anybody knows what could be the reason for this mix up of names?

I don't even remember what the track names were in the original (I did not have LP but got the first-release-cassette those days).

I'm not sure if there had been mistake in the LP itself - though rare, mistakes did happen with vinyls - and whether they've corrected later when releasing the CD

One has to ask IR himself and fix the ambiguity!

Many years later, I got the CD from a store in Mumbai during one of the travels.

(Of course, when moving to U.S. I did not bring any of my collections and they are all lost now - so this is not in possession anymore - but the images on the web reflect exactly what I had)

Now, it is up to music specialists to identify which are correctly titled and which are not
(Not me)

Obviously, both my "most favorite tracks" - Do anything & HTNI - are properly credited everywhere - and that's enough for me, a simpleton!

Thanks for the share of the LP covers and CD's. Interesting to note that the LP covers list only 9 tracks (the Don't Compare track is not listed)
