Radhika had been gifted songs right from 70's (KPR being her first film &  like the other two R's listed in this thread before, her intro was by BR).

Interestingly, though she started earlier than Radha, she lasted in film field longer. Specifically w.r.t. songs by IR, she lasted longer than even Revathy (acted in kummippAttu & veeraththAlAttu in 1999 it seems). She had her own share of movies in 80's & 90's - like the other two R's, though not biggie movies but steadily collecting songs from IR.

I've started looking at the list of movies / songs that showed her face on screen, specifically w.r.t. the count if she will exceed Radha.

She could - we need to count and see.

From the 70's IR albums list, I see her in  8 films! Not sure how many songs, however. (It will be a pain to scan thru and confirm).

For now, here are the list of 70's rAsA albums for movies that had M R Radha's daughter.
