WOW SPB! (The dubbed TFM had Mano). My most fav part of this song was interlude #2, now this Telungu original is combleet sweet!

The youtube video quality is good! (Even claims 1080P HD and all but I don't think so, but neat quality! Kamal / Vijayashanthi dance)

Seri oru mood song (Mano's singing so be warned).

Sivaraaththiri from MMKR. Godawesome video. Graceful Kamal and superawesome Manorama. Watchout for her hand gestures to the violins in the 1st interlude and how she advises her to flip positions.

Tastefully done for such an amazing tune/arrangements. 9.5/10 song. 0.5 marks less for not using SPB-SJ.

Nerd, true, one of the few occasions where Manorama was well utilised. Otherwise, TF boxed her into aachi, amma, "comedian" etc too un-aptly. She was born for this role and this scene .

Okay, that is lazy. My point is, like NT, they didn't quite know how to utilise Manorama . Wish Kamal was born much earlier, with that same aspiration and roughly 7 years older than NT. Goddam!!!

sivarAththri - I had to FF this each time we watched the VHS at home (and it was too many times BTW)

Ofcourse, Mr Prayer / Miss Serious make it somewhat comical when listening to the audio alone (strictly IMO) but there's absolutely no such uRuththal when you watch the video

All three - KH / Manorama & Roobini are awesome in this song!

A college mate posted on FB this better-quality youtube of iLayanilA (actually, the best quality one can get on the net)...so, sharing it here

You may hate the visuals - for the massacre of guitar strings by Mohan or for the irritable expressions of S V Sekar / Rajini.

But PoornimA (Jayaram then Bagyaraj now) is simply good in her expressions in this song!

So, this one is a worthy watch!

I simply love the concept of white color in this particular song, starting off in a college,slowly progressing... honey soaked singing... KJY & SJ, what a feel they ooze in to this song....like  a walk in the park....misty and simply refreshing too... IR, azhagukku azhagu serkkiraar...
 
again,no posh locations,sets,, yet the director has made enough justice to this outstanding song.... in the time when most of IR's gems were literally transformed in to on screen horrors, Happy to see directors who has not killed awesome songs such as this...
