I wish I could select all the 4 options  .  To be fair, I could let go of pallavi.  Because that is what everyone strives to achieve - a catchy pallavi that is enough to temporarily reign in people's short term memory.  But the rest of the 3 are where IR reigns supreme, where he begs to differ from others. IR songs are not just about a pallavi or a sweet charanam.  The prelude, interludes and the way they connect to each other while bringing about the intended emotion in the song and making it reach the listeners and touch their souls instead of just the eardrums.   

So, sadly, I had to go in for one option only, which is option #4.
