Btw, this is nothing sort of great film. Somewhat better vijay pilim, compared to his previous ones. Thatsall.

Also intha padame makkalskku oru relief aa irunthirukkunna, understand the taarchal they went thru whole of this year, Billa2, thaandavam, Even his own NunBun, Maatraan(to some extent) thats why its a hit! Kaaris oda kevalamaana songs irunthum padam hit aagirukkunnaa micro-minimum guarantee alavukku decent aana content nu artham. 2ndtime et all, no hope!

Saw that app. ungaLukku pudikkAdhunu I was 99% sure. Nerd is fairly well endowed with evaluation of masala movies - oru nambikkai adhAn...

actually watched a movie called traffic... thanks to subtitles...

neenga kaelvippatruppeenga... nallaadhaan pOchu... aana paadhi scenes/acting shabbaa dhaan... adhukkae aaha OhO... i dono abt the current trend of malayalam industry...

Current Mallu trend konjam mOsam dhAn. They don't do the typical Vijay masala movies there - they don't have anyone who can attempt that hence Vijay-Surya's popularity there.
Dileep does brain-dead comedies.
Lalettan does gangsta movies whose script was probably rejected by Ajith.
Mammotty does everything ranging from NTR types to Kamal types but with low prod values and recently, poor scripts.

Prithviraj doesnt know what to do - and is confusedly wandering in Bollywood and Kodambakkam.

The new wave directors are hollywood influenced. Traffic is a good example.

80s and 90s Mallu movies show us what can be done with even average masala stuff.(though with low production values).

I wouldnt recomment current Mallu movies.

Still, their time pass masala recently like Christian Brothers, Twenty-Twenty etc are much better than any Vijay movie you can name(thanks mainly to the quality of acting). Even a washed up, tired, wrinkled, senile Mohan Lal's fingers act better than Vijay

Vijay padam rangekku nnaa OKay. apdithaan vO chi vElaayudhatukku sonnainga. And very few among the fublic supported that film. But indha mokka padaththukku allaaarum posteev reviews..

Anyway kadaisiyaa wanted-aa theater-la paaththa vijay padam - Kushi. Had only seen two vijay movies in big screen after that. ATM for Rahman/Shreya and Kuruvi just for heckling.

Nanban for SR and Jiiva. Felt betrayed by SR, and Vijay haiyooo, where's the facepalm emoticon. Even if Kamal or Rajini act with him, I will not go to big screen. Screening more Rajini films at home as a form of apology to my wife.

Not even a single redeeming thing. Even thaandavam B2 cant be as bad as this - surely.
